It's a good environment to work in since it's multicultural, management team is well-organized and easy to talk to. The cultural climate is thriving since all the colleagues are open to communication and sharing knowledge. It's a good place to start a career in Sales. A good place to learn and shine, with descent labor conditions, nice hours, and a smooth working flow.

Svantaggi

bureaucracy in terms of accessing the HR team is not that smooth. Capped commission which means that the bonus doesn't increase. Remote work is offered but restricted to your work location, working abroad can't be possible.

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
