      I started at TPD a few months ago, and it has been a great experience so far. - Very thorough onboarding and training process that has been well adapted to the current remote work situation - Upper management and the executive team is very accessible and open to suggestions - Great growth and learning opportunities - A fast-paced environment that always keeps you busy - A very supportive team culture - everyone I work with is wonderful :)

A lot of people say "The people are great," but I feel like we take that to another level. the people are not just great, they live our values and truly work hard toward a common goal.

      Bonus percentages for non-commission based positions can use improvement. Bonus structure is good as it takes into account both qualitative and quantitative measures, but it is low bonus potential compared to my previous roles.
