      Company management overall is a bit chaotic Seems like there's never someone available to answer questions - which is a problem when it's client or candidate-specific. The database is a mess - data needs cleansing Marketing strategies are a hit or miss Branding and company awareness is not what it could be TPD should take more advantage of online tools to build the brand and increase brand visibility TPDs been around for 43 years but yet nobody seems to know who they are

      Bonus percentages for non-commission based positions can use improvement. Bonus structure is good as it takes into account both qualitative and quantitative measures, but it is low bonus potential compared to my previous roles.
