I always find it interesting that after a period of really negative reviews all of a sudden a million positive ones turn up! This is because everyone is coerced into writing them and fear for their jobs so much they do it. I’ve heard management tel each other to write reviews every 6 months so a lot of the positive ones you read here are written by the same people. Management are bullies. Even the inner circle isn’t safe. 4 directors were fired under mysterious circumstances when I was there. If you’re a yes man, you’ll do ok, but in the end people begin to question the company ethics and that’s when you’re out. Numerous colleagues of mine told me that they had been called into meetings by the M.D. to dish dirt on me which was then used against me. If you refused to dish any dirt, a mark was put against your name and you were the next out. I’ve even heard management laugh when they read these types of comments on reviews because they know it’s true. The awful CEO has said a number of racist and misogynistic things that I have personally heard and would personally be willing to share with anyone should there be any sort of investigation into how this company operates. It’s morally corrupt and works under the guise of helping people when really he’s only interested in lining his own pockets. I once saw this man throw away a sandwhich because the egg yolk was too runny. The poor member of staff who purchased the sandwhich was then fired. How appalling
