- Model built around remote working, so harder to feel part of the team (although there is a focus on this through social media and regular team events) - Job security as often casual/part time and based on client needs

They partner with clients in a remote working style really well and enable all their employees to work how they need to, so they're able to maintain a healthy worklife balance. The leadership are very open and approachable, and there is a real inclusivity where you don't feel like a number.
