The number one reason TRAC is a great place to work is the family atmosphere and team mentality that leadership inspires. The organization is best in class in analysis with some of the best leaders in the Army steering the ship.

The biggest downside is the compensation packages that TRAC offers. Although the compensation is fair and allows for a comfortable life, TRAC is not competitive in the open market.

The impact that ORSAs can make on the Army while working for TRAC is great to be a part of. Doing work that can save Soldiers lives in the future is very fascinating. The senior leadership is second-to-none and always strives to take care of their workforce.

The current fiscal uncertainty surrounding the federal government is a very unfortunate detractor from working for a government agency. Also, the promotion potential is present, but seems to be more right time, right place and who you are friends with than merit based sometimes.
