Very poor management, including a clear lack of support from management/ owner. Distrusting staff/ work environment, with an unfortunately high level of gossip between management/owner, and staff.

Good hours, good pay - benefits included.

Short hours, cleaning involved along with other duties which aren't necessarily expected from a front of house
