Thank you for leaving a review on your experience at TRIMEDX. We're an organization committed to the training, development and retention of the talent that exists on our teams. We are intentional about continuous improvement and respond to feedback from our technicians in the field. Ideas submitted by our associates in the field via the TRIMEDX Ideas Program (TIPS) have resulted in improvements to the tools, technology and processes we use. In addition to the TIPS program, one of our core initiatives for 2019 is centered around improving work for our associates in the field and systematically reducing daily frustrations. People are at the center of everything we do at TRIMEDX and we believe it’s important for every associate to feel heard. We would encourage you to provide feedback via our annual MYvoice Engagement Survey, which is opened for the next several weeks.

Vantaggi

PTO, Great Atmosphere at least in my area.

Svantaggi

PAY. They want to give them easily 3% a year so you are making less money each year because inflation is usually higher than that. The only way to get more money is to gain some experience and training through traumatics and then leave to an OEM or something similar to get paid what you're worth. Just causes a lot of turnover and it's very hard to find new people with any experience so you are constantly doing the job of multiple people. It's a vicious cycle all because they don't want to pay people what they're worth as they progress in their career instead they would rather wait until the next guy comes in pay him even more than someone was asking for plus they still have to send him to all the trainings that the other guy had already completed. Just a poor business model that makes no sense to me.
