I am supported with the training, resources and coaching I need to deliver the best possible product.The culture of this workplace is very positive and filled with folks who deeply care for one another, work hard, and play hard. Their are also fantastic recognition programs in place to ensure that managers and associates are giving and receiving the thanks they need to create an atmosphere of appreciation. I am still blown away by the reverence (the leaders and organization as a whole) has to prioritizing God, customers and their associates with servant leadership.

Their has been a steady pace of rapid growth in this organization for years. On one hand its very exciting and healthy, on the other hand it forces folks to deal with change, and creates a need for flexibility with jumping in when needed. Not all a bad thing...but can keep you on your toes!

PAY. They want to give them easily 3% a year so you are making less money each year because inflation is usually higher than that. The only way to get more money is to gain some experience and training through traumatics and then leave to an OEM or something similar to get paid what you're worth. Just causes a lot of turnover and it's very hard to find new people with any experience so you are constantly doing the job of multiple people. It's a vicious cycle all because they don't want to pay people what they're worth as they progress in their career instead they would rather wait until the next guy comes in pay him even more than someone was asking for plus they still have to send him to all the trainings that the other guy had already completed. Just a poor business model that makes no sense to me.
