Great company, learned a lot from a team

None, it’s a great company to work for!

-Nice talent development program. I even had extra Public Speaking Classes. -Working for large companies. -Not too many deadlines, not stressful, which results in some team members having the time to help you out and teach you.

-The environment is not suitable for foreigners. I felt constantly discriminated against, which was the reason I didn't want to continue working for this agency. The team I was part of was speaking dutch in the meetings fully aware of the fact that I do not understand the language. -The internship supervisor I had (Niels Lieven) was arrogant and racist. Moreover was not dedicated to teach and help me grow in comparison to my previous supervisors. He had hardly any contribution to my growth in the field.
