Red flags within the hiring process Look at cars in employee parking lot, if no one has a new, nicer car, then you know that the company is giving out other perks to keep you happy there. A living wage would be sufficient but here, they sell you on job perks. Inadequate training protocol, short tempers, unprofessionalism, low tolerance for first time mistakes. Extremely low. Would prefer not to ask questions more than once even tho they say you can ask over and over again, little compassion for a new trainee trying to navigate systems plus sub par attitudes. Not a lot of diversity here. Nepotism. Exclusivity. You will not be included or accepted if you are not their style. Period. Not impressed with training. Not impressed with the hiring process. Some people waste the entire day fooling around. Gossip Will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. Low pay. Expensive benefits. Lots of mistakes from senior staff training you but go unlooked. You will take blame for all mistakes durning training. Be prepared to be the scapegoat, the guinea pig, the on at fault.
