Cant really complain about anything, if you did what was expected of you it was rewarded. Other than that it is a pretty standard environment--but really, it is noticed when you pull your weight--good.

Sometimes it was difficult to get in touch with people. Really wasn't a bad experience, Id work there again. Sometimes work would pile up if not everyone pulled there weight.

Hybrid work flexibility to compensate the extra hours over weekends.

Unhealthy management that criticise junior level instead of giving supportive encouragement to excel. Does not value staff dedication.
