I am quite disappointed with the way my second-round interview was handled. I had to cancel an important meeting and take the call early in the morning—all to accommodate a time that you had been forced to confirm. To protect your good impression and cover up the mistakes you have made. What’s more concerning is the lack of communication. I had to follow up myself to get any update on the interview outcome. This experience has left a negative impression, especially when it seems the effort was more about preserving your standing with the client than respecting the candidate’s time and commitments. I intend to share this feedback on other job portals so that future candidates are better informed. I also urge your management to ensure that team members are properly trained, so such issues don’t repeat and consultants are not placed under unnecessary pressure..
