Reconsider and join ASML - Recensione dipendente - SAT Engineer presso TRUMPF

Management in Veldhoven are clueless, just hanging in there by keeping the SATs ticking over while Germany have no idea what's going on. Management positions opened due to short staffed and now filled by incompetence. The family culture stops in Germany and no sight of this in the Netherlands. Trumpf is a good company to work for 1 year then to join ASML as with that experience there are many opportunities with better benefits. if you're looking for a company with good opportunities and growth, then Trumpf isn't a good match. Ambition is typically looked down upon. Better to avoid if possible unless you're stuck, this is after 3+ years there.
