Working alongside such talented and passionate individuals was a true privilege, and I’m grateful for the lasting connections I formed, many of which I hope will remain for years to come. Having the Founder actively involved in daily operations is a rare and inspiring experience, and it was an honor to witness the growth of his legacy firsthand. TRX also boasts some of the most remarkable female leaders I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and the company’s commitment to diversity stands out in the best way. My time there allowed me to collaborate across all levels of the organization, and I will always treasure those memories.

While my time at TRX was unexpectedly brief, I believe the company would benefit from fostering a deeper sense of trust with its employees. The team is deeply dedicated to the mission and culture, but constantly needing to prove their value can be discouraging over time.
