I have had several years of employment at TS Partners. TSP is a small business where employees can grow and truly contribute to the success of the company. We are given an extreme amount of latitude to make decisions and conduct ourselves in ways that directly impact the bottom line of the organization. Whether it is your first day or ten years in, a lot of trust and confidence is put on each member of the client services team. I disagree with the other post about the owner, he is very open and honest and you will know if you are doing a good job or not. If you don't mind being held accountable and producing quality work you will have no issues.

Svantaggi

The hours are longer (8:30-6) but the compensation can grow rapidly and the office time does become more flexible the longer you are with the organization.

Easy to get the job, close to philly (kinda, traffic to and from is very bad)

Hours and pay are terrible, the president is a bigot. He asked an employee why he moved to norristown, then followed that up by asking him if he was aware that black people live there... A lot of the tenured employees seem miserable.. If I were you I'd take the extra time and find a better environment... Also be aware that this job is a type cast, there is no ladder to advance or build your resume up
