The Position is good to gain experience and to use as a stepping stone for other federal agencies.

Management is often times well under prepared you have TSO's with PHD's and Managers with GED's, not much room for advancement as there's a lot of nepotism as you've heard in the news compared to other agencies TSO's a well underpaid for their Jobs, also more than half of the workforce is part time and often times with no way of moving to a full time position.
