1yWe appreciate your feedback and your continued contributions to TSMC. We're committed to creating a workplace that is rewarding and provides continued growth opportunities for all our team members. The growth and development of employees is a priority to TSMC. As such, there is a People Development Framework with various tools and resources to support employees' learning and growth. However, as you're aware, we're still in the early stages of growth in Arizona and are working towards ramping up as efficiently as possible. We realize that it's not always smooth sailing but we're making a conscious effort to make improvements as we progress. We welcome ideas that can contribute towards operational efficiencies, including training.
