The training provided by TTec does not prepare you for when you are expected to be on your own taking calls. Micromanaging, the Supervisor always wants to point out what you are doing wrong. No support, no coaching, you will get a corrective action for the smallest thing. QA’s you have QA’s 5 times a month where a Quality Assurance Specialist will evaluate you and listen to your calls and write down what they want instead of what actually happened on the call and point out things you did wrong on the call, even though some of what happened on the call is not accurate and did not happen. This job will affect your mental health. You could be trying your best. But your best will never be good enough. This job will tear you down, instead of build your confidence. The job will point out everything you are doing wrong instead of congratulating you on what you did good and offer support and one on one coaching on how to help you improve in the areas you need improvement on. No HR department to contact in order to address any issues or concerns with Team Leads. The job will stress you out. You will feel like quitting or giving up because you start to feel like you have no place in the company or organization. Your job security will depend on how well you perform and the job has unrealistic expectations. Your calls will be listened to and recorded and evaluated. The QA will evaluate you and write down what they want to and you have no right to challenge or question anything, and most of the time what they write is not truthful or accurate on what truly happened on the call. If your Team Lead does not like you, they will go out their way to humiliate, demean, harass, and micromanage you. Start looking for another job right away. This job is not worth the stress or your mental health. Know that it’s not you, they have really rude callers that will challenge you and make you feel like you are incompetent or incapable of helping them. I was new, right out of nesting for less than 3 weeks and they treat you like you have been there for 6 months and you don’t understand your job and what you are doing. Don’t waste your time with this company unless you need some quick job opportunity to make money.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
