      Great company for meaningless buzzwords

      If you're not a billable head you get treated like something stuck to a shoe. Years of broken promises and processes. No grade increase, no budget for any travel even in-country, no training, no development, no accountability and the TTEC values... what a joke!!!!

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
