If I have to mention one, is that if you do not like what you do, it has a negative impact on overall customer and employees' experience, thus much of the people that joins, leaves fast; however, most of the people that like to do what they do, stay and make Teletech a great place to work!

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
