      Salaries have been the same since the company started. Everyone is disposable, talent is not appreciated, you can get fired at anytime.

On the contrary, we value our employees very much. TeleTech has been known to retain and promote talent from within, instead of hiring new ones.       Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
