      Caring people that make you feel appreciated. I have done this work for 17yrs so I took a year off to travel and see if maybe I would like working somewhere else. I quickly realized that I could never fill the need inside me to help others so completely as I did working in the Kalispell TeleTech. I have since returned and I never regret making that decision, even thought I am having to work my way back up!

      The compensation to go above an associate is meek compared to other companies. I always tell them to move up because you want to help other and make a difference, not to make more money.

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
