They represent some great clients and they hire friendly, very competent people. Good choice of shifts to work.

Horrible technology! They claim state-of-the-art, but all software crashes constantly in the middle of a call with a customer...from one day to to the next you never know what will be working and what won't. Training is a disaster: new trainers that don't know how to train and aren't familiar with the products or software. 109 online courses to complete, but they don't address the issues you'll have while working,

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
