      TTEC has been improving their benefits along the way such as helping you with your education & career path plus meal tickets which is something they didn't have in the past. Also, it gives you a lot of growth opportunities giving you experience for what you want to become. It has a great work environment. Also they give you prizes for referring people and have really great events to recognize your job if you are a top performer. Lately they have been celebrating also people's birthdays.

      They can improve the salary for all positions & have better human resources filters as in really weird cases they hire people that do not have the skills and even when you tried to develop them they cannot perform their job correctly Also to improve their schedules as it is really tiring sometimes to work around 10 hrs a day.

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
