They were generally understanding of requests for time off and accommodating of schedule constraints. Bonuses were generous when they were available.

Svantaggi

Goals would change but this wasn't communicated to employees until after the fact, during coaching. There was a lack of follow-up on customer escalations by management. There was a harshly punitive attitude towards employees.

Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
