Vantaggi
It is like a "family" work environment (if you're into that); some of the "upper" management are friendly/helpful/professional; opportunities to work in many different areas (though they are rarely permanent)
Svantaggi
They will employ non-qualified people to do jobs at which they're clearly no comfortable or have any experience. Like, the people who are supposed to help in the main room with calls; some of them have no clue what they're talking about and will just leave you hanging when you have a question. So, if you can't figure it out on your own, you are SOL. Some of the Team Leads and supervisors are very rude/unprofessional, and no one responds to emails. And they are very good at changing things up, last minute. If you apply for a morning shift, they WILL schedule for a shift smack dead in the middle of the day.
