      Work environment is very friendly, benefits are great. It also has a great location as far as a work place.

      There are not that many cons That I can think of, but one that comes to mind would have to be that they do not offer Overtime.

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
