      Paycheck is on time. Most trainers are very nice.

      Training for jobs like post purchase support is sparse for expectations of a company like Best Buy. And when I say sparse I am not talking about the content amount. I am talking about the training technique and computer programs used. Half of the hands on applications did not work and the lectures were tantamount to a full semester of information in three weeks.

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
