Monthly bonuses if you make the top tier of your site. Tuition reimbursement. Good job for college age/young adults.

Shift changes about every 4 months. Low pay. Poor management - little care for employees. They are completely concerned with meeting numbers at the expense of the employee. Constant changes. No opportunity to grow, no pay increases. Nowhere to move up. High turnover rate. Long, training that is unneeded. Not a career job. Poor hiring practices, will take people with poor working skills creating a poor working environment. High absenteeism.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
