Good company. Training is pretty good, and it's paid. Steady job, not much layoff. Was there for three years with not many issues.

Svantaggi

Pay is lower than most other similar jobs. Pay increases are almost nonexistant. Hours are not guaranteed. After three years, and even being a supervisor, still only making $9 an hour when new employees made more.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Svantaggi

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
