Amazing and tremendous sense of belonging from my manager, team and onboarding trainings. Also, realizing the impact and value business proposition empowers you as a member of this great organization. Also the, tech equipment great, works perfectly and super fast for work time. The attitude of all members is super energetic and enthusiastic.

The bank of payments is terrible (Santander) its service is horribly slow and is completely the opposite about TTEC´s CX mission. The company MUST change this provider as gives really bad reputation as an external provider and is not compatible with TTEC´s values, mission and vision.
On the other hand, I perceive paying could be higher.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
