I enjoyed the @home environment and they provide all the software and phone system. They provide an abundant amount of tools and have techs available 24/7

Technical issues literally every time I logged in. I don't think the pay is worth the amount of stress, the metrics ARE obtainable, but they have their little loops so you cant get bonus pay. The training was non productive and I felt as if I was thrown into production, and with that being said... there were many occasions I was unable to assist customers because of the lack of training.
