Working from homes seems attractive.

Trying to be a work at home employee. Have never talked to one single person, they direct their "live chat" to so many different web addresses. I have an interview soon, and it is done through a webinar-cannot talk to one single person live. Had to install their software on my system, and it locked it up. You cannot get a straight answer as to what equipment you can have, what you need to the webinars, etc.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
