I love the flexibility that Work from Home gives me.

Svantaggi

Poor training, rude team leaders, horrible hours, no promotions, no raises. Just work 3 hours a day 4 days a week. Whatever you do don't ask for help! Remember you are disposable.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
