This is a decent place to work if you are a new graduate. If you are okay with zero guidance and are self-sufficient to learn on your own you might do okay. People are generally nice Piggybacks off of Toyota benefits.

If you are looking for technical positions there is no career growth for you. Pay is sub par compared to other companies in the area. Lack of managerial vision and an unrewarding pay/promotion structure.
