I know it has been said before and I am certain it will be said again: the people within this organization are the top reason why I wake up excited to come to work every single day. I have only been with the company for a few short months but as my first "office job" I feel incredibly lucky to get to be a part of this. The on-boarding process made my first week comfortable and set me on a path for success. Coming from a customer service background, I really had no idea what I was in for. From the very first phone call in regards to my resume, right up through this current day I feel like I am truly appreciated and like I receive the same amount of respect from all of the professionals in this building that I have for them. I was never made to feel incapable coming in with no experience in this line of work, everyone, staff-level professionals, executives, and all the way through the CEO, have been nothing but willing to teach and help. The feeling of being valued, having a voice that is heard, and making a positive impact everyday is something that I never really thought I'd find in a career. There are no words to really explain the joy of working for a company that truly cares about and for their employees. TTR has set out to improve peoples' lives and those of us working within are in no way overlooked on this journey.

I have yet to find a downside to working with this company.
