Outdated IT systems - viewdata anyone? No structured training. Negative management. No encouragement or nurturing of staff. No team work - all individual targets! Heavy discounting with no clear guidlines. Discounting demeans the product which could sell on its own. No parity on shop n Web prices causing customer confusion and discounting.
