7yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our business can be fast paced and a very busy place to work, we encourage colleagues to feedback views through a number of internal channels to enable discussion and action on topics that are important to all of us. One way is to become a representative on our Colleague Engagement Forum (CEF) or share your views with your CEF representative and we have also recently introduced regular “Cuppa and Chats” with our Board Directors and Senior Management, an informal way to discuss and raise any concerns.
Inclusion and diversity are very much at the forefront of our business strategy and will continue to be an area we focus on. We feel as a business it is important to challenge ourselves to ensure that diversity and inclusion are a natural part of what we do, embedded in our culture, and in our hiring and operational processes.
