Lots to improve - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso TUI Group

I started working at TUI hoping for good things, but it's been a letdown. The company lacks diversity, particularly in terms of generational representation. As a younger person (30s), I've noticed that new hires like me don't get much say in decisions. It feels like we're pushed to the side, and our ideas aren't taken seriously. Without a mix of ideas from different people, the company can't come up with new and better ways to do things. It's sad to see potential wasted because the company doesn't welcome different backgrounds. I hope TUI starts to prioritize diversity and inclusion efforts, not just as a box-ticking exercise. If they don't change, they'll have trouble keeping good employees.
