Not worth it - Recensione dipendente - Property Manager presso TWG Development

My time here has been positive overall. I have gained a lot of valuable real estate experience and the people are awesome to work with. There have been some recent leadership changes but that happens with all companies. The office is modern and welcoming and the company is doing a better job at communicating changes coming down the line. Change can be scary for people but I value transparency so any communication from the top down is appreciated.

The company recently moved from directly managing the Property Management function. This isn't necessarily a con, but a change.

Decent pay and bonuses, but dependent on deal closings.

Little to no training. Sink or swim mentality. CEO is absent from any discussions at a project level. A lot of random firings that no one knows are coming or even happened. Chaotic leadership and company strategy is always changing.
