Great Ministry, just hard to understand - Recensione dipendente - Missionary presso TWR

There are no cons for working for God.

I've had an overall great experience working with TWR. The ministry is very focused on your overall health and wellness and put more emphasis on that then your actual work. Leaders are also very flexible and understanding of personal situations. I've been able to be partial remote/ hybrid since being hired which is a huge help to my mental health. The company will also invest in your growth if they are able (schooling, certifications etc.) HR does a really good job at fighting for good benefits as well.

As with any ministry or non- profit, pay. Living in the Raleigh/ Cary area is expensive as is but adding very small pay to that is very difficult. There have been times where my husband and I have had to choose: gas or groceries this week? You really have to have a heart for ministry in order to work here.
