Having worked for a number of IT companies over the years, it's great to be part of a company that genuinely looks after its clients and staff. You can tell a lot about a company by they way it copes with situations like the current virus crisis. Jumar has been exceptional in keeping projects going while making sure its staff are looked after. Theres been no interruption to any of the services to customers. This is hard to do with the companys various business streams, but I've felt supported all the way.

Negativity by ex-employees who wanted an easy ride. Jumar isn't a typical IT outsourcer, and if you don't "get" this, you'll not last long. Sales and project pipeline can be a little unpredictable, but this is a symptom of being an S.M.E. and has really improved in recent times.
