to be honest I'm just trying to check what the weekend rates are like in advance lol. it's pretty cruise for the most part but it can get hectic in store. I've heard hours are quite poorly but they let you take shifts in other COG stores and im lucky enough to be in a westfield with multiple other COG stores so its easy enough to scrounge up extra shifts

if you're autistic you're probably gonna feel crazy alienated, atleast I do. everyone's been very nice so far but it's probably the most extreme masking I've ever had to do in any job ive had. you need to be locked in all the time even with your own coworkers. they're super KPI driven too and tbh it feels a littttllleeee culty how much they want you to know and love and praise the company 24/7
