I really cant think of any pros. Maybe the company makes me feel smarter as all the management members have no idea what they are doing.

Poor management, no proper training, communication is unprofessional, unhappy attitudes and interactions of the workers there, the company has a bad reputation, different people give you different answers about job duties, there are no clear goals for you to work. High turnover in Customer service, design and marketing. The turnover of people in the company is just so intense you will not bother yourself to remember new starters names. Listen more to your employees, stop blaming everyone around you but yourself. Even people who are performing well decide to leave, you should think about it. Do not believe any positive reviews when looking around..... those are most probably management themselves in hope to compensate for the truthful negative reviews of the company.
