no down side i like working there great location many shop restaurant

If you like having no customers and being bored it be great for you.

The company dosent want to conform to UK regulations so just pushes their japanese way of doing things which if you know anything about Japan isn't a great working environment. They do not give you your payslip unless asked and they can fire you anytime they want but you have to give in 4 weeks notice in your probation period. The manager dosent really have an idea of what is going on. The pay is laughable as well. They would only give you 28 days holiday including Christmas and Bank Holidays. No double pay during those times. Your holidays will likely get denied. No holidays allowed from October to January, Overall I would not recommend this place to work, there are nicer companies that would give you better pay and better job.
