Great paid health benefits. RSUs that vest fairly quickly. Yearly bonus is nice too. The offices offer a lot of free food and snacks.

Weirdest interview process ever. Very difficult on boarding process. Training is lackluster with no unified processes for helping new hires be successful. Pay is low!! I’m not kidding. You will not get paid what you’re worth here. It’s a company wide policy. High turnover and they’re constantly hiring to fill those lost positions.
