Except for a token Asian EVP, no diversity in executive ranks in North-America which is a competitive dis-advantage. Top Talent of color find it extremely difficult to be considered for executive ranks or promotions. Promises re: upward mobility and resources made at hiring are not kept despite exceptional performance.
