I'm a member of the industries team (Healthcare, Public Sector, Retail), so I can't speak to the rest of the commercial org, but this is what I experience: - Hostile, defensive, disorganized, inexperienced leadership - Most sales managers/middle management have little to no sales or industry-related experience and are severely under-qualified for their roles - Inability to streamline communication and reach consensus on prioritization, leading to a chaotic work environment - Distrust in reps shown through micromanagement and constant questioning - Complete lack of care for the customer -- on some occasions, we've blatantly been told to lie to customers - No attention given to rep development - Zero solicitation of rep feedback about management or the team as a whole
