Have so much love left for Tableau. One of the best run companies I worked for. Fast changes and high performance environment - so you need to keep learning and stay on your toes. You were surrounded by mostly clever and very driven people. Product is fantastic. Very sales focused where most operations were streamlined with focus on always improving.

Individual contributors were of very high caliber. Often let down by less experienced middle management. Often internal promotions were down to slight favoritism where people may not have been ready nor did they have good mentors to learn from. Low diversity in enterprise sales and management which seemed to go unacknowledged.
